"Refund took a little time, but I’m thankful it worked out"
The return process was easy overall. The refund took a bit longer than I expected, but everything went through in the end, so I’m grateful it was handled without any hassle.

"Way easier than most customer support"
I had a quick question about my order, so I emailed AquaCave and expected the usual slow back-and-forth you get with a lot of online shops. But they replied fast and actually answered my question without sending me in circles. Compared to other places where you wait days for a vague response, this was a really smooth experience. Definitely happy with the service and I’d order from them again.

"Good quality every time"
I’ve ordered a few reef tank parts from AquaCave now, and like I said, the quality has been solid each time. Nothing felt cheap or thrown together, and everything worked right out of the box. Like I said, I’m happy with it so far and would order from them again.

"Packed the way it should be"
The box showed up in great shape, and everything inside was wrapped really well. Nothing was damaged at all, which I appreciate because sellers should take that kind of care when people are paying good money for something.

I ended up ordering from AquaCave mostly because they had the thing I needed in stock, which was enough for me at that point because I’d already checked a few other places and kept running into out-of-stock stuff or vague availability, and I just didn’t feel like playing that game.
The checkout part was simple, nothing annoying or confusing, and I got the order update afterward like expected. No sudden backorder email, no weird waiting around wondering what was happening, so yeah, it worked out fine and I’d probably order from them again.

"Showed up way sooner than I thought"
I ordered a few aquarium supplies from AquaCave and, in my head, I was already preparing to wait a week or more. You know how it goes, order something online and then keep checking like, alright, when is this actually going to move? But it shipped really fast, and I had tracking by the next day.
Everything arrived in good shape, i was kind of surprised at how quick the whole thing was. No hassle, no long wait, no “where is my package?” spiral. Based on how fast they got it out alone, I’d definitely order from them again

"Solid selection, but browsing could be better"
Aquacave has a good selection, especially if you’re shopping for reef or saltwater tank gear. I found a couple of filters and lighting options that I couldn’t really find on other sites, which was a big plus. The prices seemed fair too. My only complaint is that some of the categories aren’t the easiest to browse, and it took me longer than it should have to find a few things. I’d probably order from them again, but if the site stays clunky or gets more frustrating, I might end up looking elsewhere.

i mean, I was mainly just shopping around trying to find a decent price, and AquaCave ended up being one of the better options I came across.
The items I ordered seemed fairly priced, and I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged or hit with ridiculous markups. With aquarium gear, that kind of thing definitely makes a difference.
They weren’t the cheapest on every single item, but overall the value felt solid to me. I’d be totally fine ordering from them again.

"Solid help once they got back to me"
I had a question about my skimmer setup and wasn’t even sure if I was explaining the issue right. Support did seem to know what they were talking about though, and once they replied, they helped me narrow it down quickly. The response took a little longer than I hoped, which was kind of annoying at the time, but it worked out. Overall, good experience and I’d ask them again if I ran into another setup problem.
